Prom/Dance for the Kids: April 24, 2010
We will be hosting our first annual Prom/Dance for our kids on Saturday, April 24, 2010 at the gym from 7-10 PM. The kids will get their pictures taken, DJ,Dancing, food and fun for all. Please RSVP by April17th.
This is a first for us. If you have any ideas, or want to help, please contact Lauri Roumeliotis at Laurinricco@aol.com, or JoAnne at autismgym@aol.com We will need volunteers for this event!

"Special Night for Special Parents Dinner"
This was our annual "Special Night for Special Parents Dinner" that the Winter Garden Elks Lodge #2165 sponsors for the parents of the Autism & Related Disabilities Gym Program at Jim Beech. It is a free dinner with entertainment, food, support, and prizes! Enclosed are some of the pictures from that special night.

Come get your car washed for AUTISM!!
We will be having our carwash on Saturday, April 25th from 9-3 PM. We will be in the same location. In front of the BankFirst on West Colonial Dr. We need help directing and washing cars, etc. Lunch will be provided. Please let me know if you can help. We will be selling pre-paid car wash tickets at Tuesday's dinner.
Autismgym Gym and Dillard Elementary
This past December 4th the autism classes of Jamie Tice, Melissa Breaud, and Ralph Festa partnered with the Autism Gym. The children painted pictures for the Autism Gym's upcoming Golfing Fore Autism 5th annual charity tournement. The pictures will be auctioned to raise money for the program.

The 3rd SMOC "Super Moms of Orange County" meeting/luncheon was held at April Rogers home on November 6th. There was a guest speaker from Unity Family Chiropractic Center to discuss women's health. SMOC is part of the Autism & Related Disabilities Gym Program Inc. that is held at the Jim Beech Recreation Center in Ocoee.They provide support and encouragement and "share the journey" so that you are not alone.
